Cyclone dust collection technology for vacuum cleaners

In order to solve the problem of dust collection by dust bags, the founder of the vacuum cleaner company developed the "cyclone dust collection technology", which was first applied to the vacuum cleaner named G-Force in 1984.

Different from dust bag dust collection, cyclone dust collection eliminates structures such as dust bags and filters. It uses a cyclone like a tornado to inhale dust and dirt. Larger dust and dirt will be thrown on the dust cup first. The fine dust continues to rise because of its lightweight.

After flying to the top of the dust cap, the fine dust enters into many small cone-shaped cyclone devices and is accelerated in it, and finally, it is also thrown on the outermost dust cup at a very high speed.

In this way, the air path of the vacuum cleaner handheld is always unobstructed when it is working, and the suction power will not be reduced as the dust inhaled increases.

The dust bag is eliminated, and it is very convenient to remove dust. You only need to put the dust cup in the trash can and open the dust cover; cleaning is also very easy, usually a few weeks to a few months simply clean the bottom of the cup wall.
