The flue gas after desulfurization flows through the Household Demister

The principle of the baffle type Household Demister:  at a certain speed, and the flue gas is rapidly and continuously changed in the direction of movement. Due to the centrifugal force and inertia, the mist droplets in the flue gas hit the demister blades The upper part is captured, and the mist droplets gather to form a water flow. Due to the action of gravity, they fall into the slurry tank to achieve gas-liquid separation, so that the flue gas flowing through the Household Demister meets the requirements of defogging and is discharged.

The principle of the tube-bundle Household Demister: The flue gas passes through the cyclone separator to produce high-speed centrifugal movement°. Under the action of centrifugal force, the droplets and dust move towards the wall of the cylinder, collide with each other, and condense into a larger liquid during the movement. When dropping, the droplets are thrown to the inner wall surface of the cylinder and fall into the slurry together with the droplet layer attached to the wall surface to achieve the removal of droplets and dust. A deflector ring is set between the separators to increase the centrifugal movement speed of the airflow and maintain a proper airflow distribution state to control the thickness of the liquid film, control the outlet state of the airflow, and prevent the secondary entrainment of liquid droplets.

The principle of wet electrostatic precipitator (fog): Through the electrostatic control device and the direct current high voltage generating device, the alternating current ° is converted into direct current and sent to the demisting device, between the corona wire (cathode) and the acid mist collector plate (anode) A strong electric field is formed to ionize air molecules, and a large number of electrons and positive and negative ions are instantly produced. These electrons and ions move in a directional motion under the action of the electric field force, forming a medium for trapping acid mist. At the same time, the acid mist particles are charged. Under the action of the electric field force, these charged acid mist particles move in a directional motion and reach the anode plate that traps the acid mist. After that, the charged particles release electrons on the plate, so the acid mist is collected and flows into the acid storage tank of the Household Demister under the action of gravity, thus achieving the purpose of purifying the acid mist.
