  The applicability of batteries can be compared from the following main aspects: safety performance, design life, operating temperature, maintenance cost, recyclability.


  (1) Safety performance: Among the sodium-sulfur batteries, flow batteries, lead-acid batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries and power capacitor batteries, the power capacitor batteries use inorganic electrolytes, which will not burn and explode by themselves. The authoritative test results show that the power capacitor battery has passed the safety tests such as extrusion, acupuncture, short circuit, heating and vibration, and the battery does not burn or explode.


  (2) Design life: The power capacitor battery has no "memory effect". Its nominal cycle life is 10,000 charges and discharges. Under the actual driving conditions of the bus, it has been cycled more than 28,000 times, and the product is normal; a smart machine in a Shenzhen company uses a power capacitor battery to complete 200A/20 seconds high-current rapid charging more than 127,000 times, and the product has no abnormality.


  (3) Operating temperature: The operating temperature of the power stations for camping capacitor battery is -40 to +55 °C, so it can be used in most parts of the world. The operating temperature index is especially important when used in northern my country. Lithium batteries are designed to operate at a temperature of 10~50°C and cannot be used in cold areas.


  (4) Maintenance cost: The operation and maintenance cost of the power capacitor battery is very low.


  (5) Recyclability: The power capacitor battery is rich in rare resources such as rare earth elements and nickel compounds. One ton of batteries contains 300-350Kg of rare earth and 350-400Kg of nickel, and the recovery rate is higher than 90%. The manufacturer guarantees recycling, and the recycling value is not less than 10% of the sales price. In the process of battery use, the recycling and dynamic reserve of rare resources such as rare earth and nickel are realized.
